Jennifer Dorre is the senior vice president of business transformation at KnitWell Group, the umbrella organization for such iconic brands as Ann Taylor, Chico's, Lane Bryant, LOFT, Soma, Talbots, and White House Black Market.   With over 1200 locations and $6B in annual sales, KnitWell Group is one of the largest specialty retailers in the United States.  

Known for driving and implementing transformational change at top-tier corporations, Jennifer has led process-improvement programs in complex, multi-national environments, created operational models for start-up organizations, and served, time and again, as a trusted adviser for C-suite executives & entrepreneurs. She's worked in large corporate environments, owner/founder led companies, launched startups, and co-founded a consulting agency. Companies she’s work for include Victoria’s Secret (NYC, Columbus, Hong Kong and Sri Lanka), David Yurman (NYC), Blue Nile (Seattle), Gloria Jeans (Moscow, Russia), and CAST Jewelry (San Francisco).   

Jennifer holds an Executive MBA, Six-Sigma Green Belt, a Project Management Professional (PMP) license, ScrumMaster certification, and a Bachelor of Music from West Virginia University, where she currently serves as the co-chair of the Visiting Committee for the newly formed College of Creative Arts & Media. She is also a former president and current producer for The Blue Hill Troupe, a non-profit theater organization that raises money for New York City-based charities.
