Vincent Kitch
Vincent Kitch is the Director of Arts & Cultural Development for the City of Morgantown and has been working in government arts administration for over 30 years.
Vincent has served in many capacities as a speaker, consultant, and grant reviewer, including activities with the National Endowment for the Arts, U.S. Department of Education, Americans for the Arts, National Assembly of State Arts Agencies, Kentucky Arts Council, Puerto Rican Cultural Institute, Arts Council of Silicon Valley and the cities of San Antonio, Dallas, Oceanside, and San Jose. He has led the arts and cultural development for the cities of El Paso, TX; Austin, TX; Seattle, WA, Carlsbad, CA; and Fort Collins, CO; and worked for the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs, in Lansing, MI.
Professionally trained in music, Vincent holds a Master of Music degree in Trombone Performance and Bachelor’s degrees in Music Business and Trombone Performance. He also holds a leadership certificate from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government Senior Executives in State and Local Government Program.
