Ryan Petrovich

I'm a 2015 WVU graduate from the Reed College of Media, where I earned a degree in Journalism. I began my career in broadcast journalism, spending three years at WDTV in Bridgeport, West Virginia, covering both news and sports. After transitioning from broadcasting, I spent time in recruiting, including four years focused on early-career talent at DICK'S Sporting Goods. My experience spans from resume reviews, interviewing, networking, LinkedIn strategy, and overall career development. Currently, my title is Business Operations & Strategy Analyst within DICK'S Sporting Goods Technology organization, leading special projects that support organizational effectiveness, culture, and growth across the tech team. I'm a proud WVU alum! I cherish the opportunities I had when I was a student. I'm also an avid supporter of Mountaineer athletics. I'm a season ticket holder for both football and basketball and rarely misses an opportunity to attend a game. Let's Go Mountaineers!
