Erin Parks is an Art Preparator and Courier at the Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh, PA, where she has spent 15 years preparing, installing, and assessing Warhol's works at galleries and museums worldwide. She has also had the privilege of installing significant works by artists including Ai Weiwei, Shepard Fairey, Richard Prince, Gerhard Richter, Deborah Kass, Marcel Duchamp, Gilbert & George, Felix Gonzalez-Torres, Takashi Murakami, Barbara Kruger, KAWS, and Cindy Sherman, among many others. Erin holds a BFA in Visual Art (2005) and a BA in Art History (2008) from West Virginia University. While at WVU, she specialized in photography and electronic media, and developed a passion for ceramics, and metalwork. She enjoyed Modern Art history, focusing on film and she was also fascinated by German Renaissance painting and printmaking. Outside of her work with the Warhol collection, Erin enjoys hiking, traveling, and testing her knowledge of 20th-century pop culture trivia.
