Aaron Kendeall
Aaron Kendeall has nearly 20 years of multimedia
experience across roles in print journalism, agency marketing, corporate public
relations and business startup.
Kendeall is the founder of Distiller’s Cut Media Group and Monongahela
Imports & Whiskey Co., where he combines decades of experience as a
distiller, PR strategist, copywriter and digital-marketing creative to help
beverage brands build identity and grow distribution. He brings a unique mix of
hands-on technical knowledge, marketing acumen and strategic vision to
beverage-industry clients, distributors and investors alike.
Before launching his own ventures, Kendeall served as Public
Relations Manager at Lidl US, one of the world’s largest grocery retailers. He
was part of the U.S. 'Landing Team' and helped build the company’s corporate
communications and multimedia platforms. He managed national media relations,
internal communications for more than 10,000 employees and award-winning
beverage campaigns. He previously led multimedia training and marketing
programs for Fortune 500 beverage clients during his years in agency marketing.
He began his career as a newspaper reporter — experience that continues to
inform his approach to objective, research-based storytelling and ethical
communication.
Kendeall holds a Master of Arts in Mass Media from Point Park University
and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from West Virginia University, where he
graduated magna cum laude.
