Acacia Daken is a voice and accent coach, actor, and educator with an international career spanning theatre, film, and education. Acacia’s previous teaching experience includes the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), Curtin University, and the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. Her areas of expertise include accent acquisition, text work, vocal technique, and voice over.

Acacia’s credits as a voice and dialect coach include Romantics Anonymous (Wise Children), Girl from the North Country (Bristol Old Vic Studio), and TV/film projects like Kid Snow and It Only Takes a Night. As an actor, she has appeared in productions including The Glass Menagerie (Black Swan State Theatre Company) and the upcoming thriller Lies Within Us.

Founder of Vocal Chameleon, Acacia provides voice and accent coaching to performers and professionals globally. Her article, Transcreation of the Accent Class to the Online Platform, is published in the Voice and Speech Review.
