With over 35 years of marketing experience, Carol Pasquariello knows what it takes and how to build a brand.

As a seasoned marketing executive, Pasquariello has worked at both iconic Fortune 500 brands (i.e., Pizza Hut) and dynamic privately owned companies (i.e., Auntie Anne’s). Pasquariello’s diverse range of experience has provided her the expertise on how to shape marketing initiatives in an evolving industry and what a brand needs to be a leader in the category.

Pasquariello is currently the vice president of marketing at Thompson Restaurant Group, part of Thompson Hospitality - the country’s largest minority-owned food service and one of the largest retail food and facilities management companies in the country. At Thompson Restaurant Group, she leads the marketing division for 18 different restaurant brands nationwide.

Throughout her career, she led the marketing strategy for some renowned brands and spearheaded the development of key messaging, public relations, and creative. However, at the core of each campaign and initiative, Pasquariello always focused on a strong social plan to bring to life the brand story and connect with consumers.

In a world dominated by digital conversations, Pasquariello understands the importance of social conversation to enhance a brand's presence. Pasquariello will bring real-world insights and experiences to the classroom.

Pasquariello holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from West Virginia University (Let’s Go… Mountaineers!). She also received her Social Media Certification from George Mason University to always stay connected and informed within the social media landscape.

Pasquariello currently lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and two dogs.
