Cindy Hart

Cindy Hart is program director of online programs for College of Creative Arts and Media's marketing and communications program. She oversees program curriculum, course development projects, and support of online instructors.

Prior to joining the College of Creative Arts and Media, Hart worked in the WVU Online Office serving in a variety of roles, and most recently in the Office of Information Technology Services as a senior business relationship manager.

She has extensive experience in online education as an administrator, instructor, and consultant. Hart holds a Master of Arts in Technology Education from West Virginia University and is a graduate of Leadership West Virginia. She teaches in the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences Multidisciplinary Studies program.
