Dan Sweeney is a two-time graduate of the WVU Reed School of Media and Communications, earning his bachelor's degree in television journalism in 2013, and a master's degree from the Integrated Marketing Communications program in 2022.

Serving as the Program Coordinator for the Media Innovation Center, Dan works with a team of colleagues to s support and enhance academic, administrative, and recruitment programming for audiences at WVU, as well as in our broader Morgantown community.

Dan has worked at multiple offices throughout the WVU system, including Adventure WV, Campus Recreation, and the Reed School of Media and Communications.

An avid photographer, Dan's camera has taken him to some interesting places, including Madison Square Garden, the Serengeti National Park and Preserve, and many more.

And no bio would be complete without mention of Dan's beagle, Tundra.
