Hacer Avci is an Assistant Accountant for the WVU College of Creative Arts and Media. She holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from the City University of New York (CUNY) and a Master of Arts degree in Banking from Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey. Avci also holds a bachelor's degree in Management from Marmara University.
