Kellie Reinert Vivanco is a consultant and fractional marketing leader who works with early-stage and growing organizations across product, growth, and customer marketing. Through her practice, Kellie V Marketing, she serves as a fractional CMO, customer marketer, and go-to-market strategist, helping teams build marketing campaigns that create strong first impressions and lasting customer relationships. Her work is grounded in consumer psychology and data, with a focus on making strategies useful, relevant, and sustainable.

Before starting her consulting practice, Kellie led marketing strategy for SaaS and EdTech companies including Totango, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and Pearson Online Learning Services. In these roles, she shaped product launches, built lifecycle programs at scale, and led campaigns that drove customer growth across enterprise and education markets.

At West Virginia University, Kellie teaches Audience Insight and Customer Engagement Ethics and Strategy in the Integrated and Digital Marketing Communications master’s program. She brings her client work to class, giving students a clear view of how marketing theory translates into practice.

Kellie earned her MBA with an emphasis in Integrated Marketing Communications from WVU and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida. She lives in Orlando, Florida, with her husband and German Shepherd. Outside of work, she loves to travel, play golf, read, and cheer on her favorite football and soccer teams.
