Laura Shea

Regional Director of Marketing at Texas Health Huguley Fort Worth South

Laura Shea is a marketing executive with over 20 years of experience leading healthcare marketing, communications and planning initiatives at small and large hospitals.

Currently, she serves as the regional director of marketing at Texas Health Huguley Fort Worth South and Texas Health Hospital Mansfield in Texas. Prior to this role, Shea was a part of the leadership teams at Humboldt General Hospital in Winnemucca, Nevada, and Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg, New York, where she led the marketing, communications, and planning efforts.

Shea holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communication from West Virginia University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, served on the board of directors of Health Care Management Association of Central New York (2013-20), holding the offices of secretary/treasurer, president-elect, and finally, president. Shea served as a mentor in the WVU IMC Mentorship and ACHE Mentorship programs.
