Nycole is a seasoned marketer with nearly 20 years of experience, largely focused on social media, creator, and brand marketing. She is a builder, problem solver, and strategic thought leader who has built and led social media, influencer, and brand marketing teams and practices within global agencies and in-house. At her core, Hampton is a passionate storyteller who specializes in evolving strategies to provide value, spark engagement, and drive conversion, growth, and deeper brand affinity among customers. Her superpowers include the ability to see across teams and verticals to identify collaborative opportunities, break down silos, and build multi-channel strategies that meet customers where they are.

As senior director, of content and engagement marketing at GoodRx, Hampton oversees social media, influencer marketing, content production, and community engagement. Her team functions as the content engine of GoodRx, understanding the power and influence of content and how the right marketing strategies can amplify community and brand connections. With increasingly connected consumers trusting third-party validators like creators and users over brands, it is crucial to meet them with storytelling content that builds community. Her team uses social listening and community engagement tactics to help customers, build deeper relationships with advocates, and identify new content opportunities.

Throughout her career, Hampton has worked with clients and strategic partners such as ALDI, Air New Zealand, American Airlines, Auntie Anne's, Barefoot Wines, Chicago White Sox, Impossible Foods, Kimpton Hotels, Microsoft, Milk PEP, New Zealand All Blacks, NFL, Rite Aid, Samsung, So Delicious, and USA Rugby.

With her extensive background and early entry into both social media and influencer marketing, Hampton is excited to continue navigating the ever-changing marketing landscape. She enjoys leveraging her experience to educate and inspire the next generation of marketers, serving as an active mentor and speaking at industry events. Some of her recent podcast appearances include The Influence Factor Podcast - Fueling Brand Connections, Navigating Influencer Marketing in the Healthcare Industry and Rethinking How We Use Creators.
