Patrick Warner has worked in marketing since 2003 and spent over nine years at The Nielsen Company, a global leader in market research.

He was responsible for recruiting and managing multicultural families across the United States, to participate in the collection of data to accurately reflect, consumers’ media habits. In 2014 Warner received the Nielsen Audio Sales Representative of the Year award. Before his employment at The Nielsen Company, he worked at British Petroleum and US Foods. Warner is currently, employed by General Motors (District Manager of OnStar and Loyalty), a perennial Fortune 500 company.

In 2003 Warner married his passion for journalism and launched former Amici 23, a prep football recruiting publication, which evaluated high school football talent. Amici 23 subscribers included recruiting coordinators from the Atlantic Coast Conference, Big East Conference, and Ivy League. He was a regular guest on WNST 1570AM, a sports radio show located in Towson, Maryland.

Warner is an adjunct instructor of media relations in sport for the College of Creative Arts and Media at West Virginia University and has previously taught at the University of Southern California. Warner holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Eastern Michigan University. He also has completed certificate programs from Cornell University in marketing strategy (concentration in social/new media marketing, distribution strategy/international marketing and applied marketing) and Drexel University, respectively.

Warner, a native of Mount Vernon, New York now resides with his wife in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area, where he’s active in the Radnor-Winston Improvement Association, an area on the National Register of Historic Places. As a member of the Radnor-Winston Improvement Association, he has served as block captain and treasurer. In his leisure time, Warner enjoys mountain bike riding, swimming, kayaking, and traveling abroad.
