Richard Blumenstein is the art director for Honor Games. He develops an encompassing art style and works on graphics, 3D models, and other art assets. He has worked for different indie companies over the years. He also is a freelance illustrator working on different projects to fit the needs of the client. In the past Blumenstein has also worked as the lead artist in architectural visualization, as well as the lead faculty managing two departments and 75 instructors.

Blumenstein teaches graduate-level courses focusing on game modeling, indie game development, and the business of games.

Blumenstein earned an MFA from the Academy of Art University with a conceptual art focus, an MAE from the University of Phoenix focusing on adult education and curriculum design, and a BFA in Computer Animation and Multimedia from the Art Institute at Chicago.

Blumenstein Enjoys plein air painting and portrait and works on fantasy and sci-fi art in his spare time, His two cats, Mazikeen and Lucifer demand all the attention.
