Ross Justice, a native of Morgantown, West Virginia, has cultivated a multifaceted career spanning nearly two decades in the music industry as an audio engineer, production manager, producer, and educator. He holds a Master of Arts in Music Business and Industry from West Virginia University and currently serves as production manager and front of house engineer for Charles Wesley Godwin (Big Loud Records, Warner Chappell). In this capacity, he has supported the coordination of large-scale performances at prominent venues, festivals, and national broadcast platforms, frequently collaborating with leading management and industry partners.
His expertise in both live and studio environments has resulted in professional productions that have achieved substantial reach and recognition across major streaming platforms. Notably, he served as executive producer for Bloom, the debut album of Grace Campbell released through Mon Hills Music Group, which achieved national chart recognition upon release. In the studio setting, he has served as mix engineer for two Grammy-nominated clients.
