Will Deskins

Will Deskins is a Product Designer at Bloomfield Robotics, building AI-driven products that help specialty crop farmers monitor fruit health, attributes, and production. Raised in Southern West Virginia, he brings those roots to a people-first product philosophy. Before moving into AgTech, Will designed products that helped home appraisers find consistent work, strengthened PNC’s client relationships through more transparent financial planning, and created engaging experiences for Barstool’s sports betting customers. Now based in Pittsburgh, he brings over a decade of product experience to mentoring designers — encouraging them to advocate for their ideas early and carry concepts from strategy to execution.
