Liz's work is especially inspired by experiences in Appalachia exploring cryptids, folklore, and local food. She enjoys finding creative solutions to problems and has a deep love of wordplay and visual wit, while being particularly obsessed with color, typography, and line work. She designs in a variety of mediums, between digital illustrations and vector graphics to hand-painted type, murals, and wood cut-outs. Her pieces often highlight aspects of daily life in West Virginia, while overlapping with pop culture and a colorful visual identity.
