This information is being provided to all first-year students, returning to WVU and the College of Creative Arts and Media in Spring 2025, who achieved below a 2.0 overall GPA in Fall 2024 and are now placed on Academic Probation. A series of Mid-Year Academy (MYA) events have been designed to assist you in achieving academic success, bringing your GPA back above a 2.0 and being off probation after the spring semester. Students successfully bounce back from a rough start every year so try your best in Spring 2025!
The College of Creative Arts and Media advising team is available to help you get back on track to academic success. We encourage you to seek assistance early, and we are available to give you that needed push or advice to move you toward achieving your academic goals and objectives.
