Proposal Submission Procedures

Proposals for externally funded grants are submitted through the WVU Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) or the WVU Foundation.  Not submitting through OSP? Please share your proposal and award notification with the College of Creative Arts and Media through this form.

Faculty members are encouraged to plan their projects early and to keep in contact with Mikylah Myers, Associate Dean of Research and Creative Activity, and Valerie Burgess, CCAM Chief Business Officer, throughout the grant-writing process.
