The Juried Student Exhibition is an annual exhibition opportunity open to undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in School of Art & Design majors and minors. Judging is a multi-tiered process that starts with a committee of outside jurors and School of Art & Design faculty who select the pieces to be included in the show. More than $5000 will be awarded with a Best in Show award for $700.
Submission Guidelines
If you fail to follow Application Guidelines your work will not be considered for the exhibition.
- Only two pieces permitted per student. Submit a separate application for each entry.
- Original artwork in any media completed within the last two years is eligible.
- Images must be in jpeg format. Label images as follows: Lastname_1.jpeg, Lastname_1Detail.jpeg
- Video Artists should submit a MP4 movie sample no longer than 1 minute.
- Accepted artwork must be suitable for formal gallery presentation. 2-D works should be ready to hang, 3-D works should be stable.
- Please consult with your area Faculty about properly documenting your work.
